Such a stupid help system if I photo an invoice the clever system removes the vat and posts minus vat but I am not vat registered. How or where do I change settings to stop this from happening

You can manually edit the transaction since that's how the system is designed. You can also reach out to our technical support team to further assist you with this. They can be able to pull up your account in a private place and check your setup. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select Contact us.
3. From the question box, enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
