The VAT period is incorrect on the VAT page

Hi WITNEYWELDINGLTD,

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you with correcting the VAT period in QuickBooks Online.

You can click the Submit return option to correct the Submission and End date of the filing.

Here are the steps:

1. On the left panel, click Taxes.
2. Go to the VAT tab.
3. Go to the Returns tab.
4. Click Submit return.
5. Change the accounting period.
6. Make changes to the dates if necessary.
7. Submit the return.

If you need to change your VAT settings as well, here's how:

1. On the left panel, click Taxes.
2. Go to the VAT tab.
3. Click Edit VAT in the upper-right corner.
4. Click Edit Settings.
5. Change the period and frequency if necessary.
6. Click Save.
