What category is the VAT refund. I figured out the payment to HMRC, but the VAT refund? What's the category? And in the field VAT - what do I select? Thanks.

It would be the suspense category you would select. 

We would recommend recording the payment through the taxes section on the vat screen instead and then matching it to the bank it's much quicker and will help avoid any duplications.
