We have requested cancellation of subscription as soon as possible. Why did u charge us again for a non-usage of intuit quickbooks? why are you telling us that you will schedule the cancellation just today? that is crazy? why are you getting our money even though we have requested for a refund and requested for cancellation.

While cancellations take effect at the end of your paid period, please note that if the request was made mid-cycle, a final charge can still be processed before the subscription fully closes.

 

Since you’ve already requested a discontinuation, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They can verify your account status and assist you with your refund request.
