Since you’re no longer using QuickBooks Online (QBO), let me walk you through the process of canceling your account to ensure you won’t be billed in the future, Sophie07.

Here’s how:

Navigate to the Gear icon.
Under Profile, select Subscriptions and billing.
In the Billed to you, click Cancel to Continue to cancel.
Follow the onscreen steps to continue cancelling your QBO account.

Keep in mind that, once you cancel your account, you can only have one-year access or view to your data.

I recommend saving or exporting your data from QuickBooks for one year for future use.
