We're using Quickbooks online. Our second admin user has forgotten her password.
I'm having issues with my bookkeeper/accountant. I would like to let them go, but they are administrators of my QB profile. Does anybody have any experience on this process?
This is insane. I can't get tech support for a user? It has to be the primary contact? Absolutely insane, impractical, impossible. I am supposed to have the founder of the company call in because we can't get Adobe PDF attachments to be visible or open anymore? No way! We pay for 15 users licenses.. I can't have the owner of the company calling in when we have a tech issue. SOMEBODY help me?

I'm trying to find an easy way to access my companies in QB Desktop . I have several companies and right now I open one, and then use the Open Second Company option or Open New Company. This is a bit cumbersome. Is there a way to have icons on my desktop for easy access to each company? Thanks.
how do i rest the time away from my desk and not be looged out?

Is there any after hours help for login issues? I have QBO accountant, working towards the June 30 corp tax deadline so working late. QBO will not allow me to log into my client's account... it keeps going into their tsheets account which is not what I need access to. I can access QBO accountant and see my clients but when I click the link for their QBO Plus account it goes to tsheets. There is no afterhours support so I will lose the ability to complete tasks for tonight - very frustrating.
In the past, I had an accountant's version of Quickbooks Online installed so I could delete something. Now after playing around with it I no longer have normal access to two of my companies. After spending 5 hours with Quickbooks help, and not getting anywhere, I am getting desperate to get things back to the way they once were.All the lady could tell me was that I need a plan that has another user so I can use that user to get myself off of the accountants version.Are there different levels of technical help at Quickbooks? If yes, how do I contact them? Spending all of a Saturday afternoon with Quickbooks help trying to deal with this and not accomplishing anything is beyond frustrating.
I just recently purchased the download version of Desktop Quickbooks Pro 2021 for a custom product that we sell. I have already set up the Inventory under the Inventory Part that we sell and had on hand at Dec 31, 2021. After more research, I see that it should of actually been done under the assembly tab. However, that option is not there. The only options available is to add a Service, Inventory Part, Non-Inventory Part, Other Charge, Subtotal, Group, Discount and Payment. How do I go about getting the Assembly option?
Hi, I recently started a business and wanted to use your software. I made an account on quick books online via my pc, and I was going to get the essential plan but I got side tracked. Later I installed quick books accounting on my phone thinking it was the same thing and started the trial, went to use the pc and checked the account on there, it said I was on the starting package. I wanted to switch over to the essential package but it wouldn't let me saying I was on Google billing. I looked all over the web page account settings, quickbooks account settings, billing and subscriptions and I found no option to change it. It just says "looks like you're on Google billing". I checked Google play store AND the Google play website and I did not have any active subscription or trial on any. I want to use this on my pc and I can not switch the plan, or billing, or anything.
I just downloaded and paid for a subscription to quickbooks desktop pro then realized it doesn't work on Mac so I immediately cancelled my subscription. I just want to make sure I won't be charged for the first billing period. Can someone help with this?
