How do i reset the time before it logs me off?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, it helps you keep your books balanced. It's important that you are able to stay logged in for however long you may need. I can provide some information about how to stay logged in longer.

In QuickBooks Online you can set up your account so that you are logged in for up to 3 hours without being logged off when you are inactive on your account. Here is how to set it up.

Navigate to the Gear icon, Select Account and settings. Scroll to the bottom until you reach Advanced, click on the Advanced section , select the last option is  which is Sign me out if inactive for . you can chose up to 3 hours to stay logged in.
