I want to delete this stupid, useless account, because I don't need it. I have never had a subscription, just a client who foolishly signed up to crapbooks. I have since advised her to change to better software.All I keep getting are emails saying "you need to do something extra before we can delete", yet when I click the link in the email, I have to sign in and takes me to a page where there is no mention of it needing anything.After I had gone round this email-useless link root three times, I then noticed something saying you have to cancel your subscription before you can delete your data. I clicked on the link which said "how to cancel your subscription" - guess what? A blank page!Not only is your software useless, you can't even show people how to leave your nightmare.Just delete my flipping data, you morons!

Can someone please advise me how I can record a credit card cashback payment and then use it to pay invoices.My accountant told me to enter the cashback as 'other income' but then I cannot pay invoices with 'other income' so I think it must be in the wrong place.Basically I want to record it as an income and then spend it to pay bills.Please help thanks 

When I'm adding bank payments from my client's CSV file, it sets the type of all transactions to 'cheque'. These are not cheques. How can I make QB record it as an 'expense'? (I mean, does anyone still use cheques in 2025?!)

I am trying to link my starling account with the Soletrader app.  I go through the various steps but at the “select main use of accounts” page the save button is unresponsive.  This has been occurring for the last 3 days so I can’t advance any further

I have a payroll where the only employee left during the year so monthly No payment EPS submissions have been made. Do I need to do anything different with the EPS for March 2025 or will HMRC automatically treat this as the final submission for the tax year? Obviously I want to avoid any risk of a filing penalty. I am trying to connect my bank (hsbc). It says it’s connected on my online banking (sharing data) but quickbooks says no bank is connected. I’ve tried reconnecting - everytime it gets halfway through and then freezes. There is no helpline to call. Your product is terrible, your customer service is worse. 

My bank feed wasn't working. I reconnected my bank and its removed the majority of my past data. Thankfully I had just completed my self-assessment but I need it back! What can I do? 

When I try to link transactions to invoices there is not anything there even though it has been paid In the bank. It says if it isn’t there the bank is still processing it but there are invoices from months ago that I still need to match.

Hi all, I'm at grips with most of QB now having been utilising it since last year but have a query that's frustrating me.I started using QB prior to having a business account so have £310.16 of expenses entered on QB prior to the business account being used (transactions were from my personal account at the time).So each month since using the business account i'm reconciling my statements against QB and transactions are matching on both etc BUT on the main Bank Transaction dashboard screen my QB balance is lower than my Bank balance by the £310.16. Does this matter much? Is there a way of sorting this out so they both match in value? I didn't want to link my personal account which is where those £310.16 transactions are from. I've delved everywhere and unable to suss it out. Can anyone advise please?Many thanks - Amanda
