Hi there, I have been through all the help topics on this but there has to be a straight forward solution.I paid a supplier for some equipment via bank transfer. Lets say the value was £1000.The supplier then realised they invoiced me the wrong amount and deposited £200 back into the bank account. What is the easiest most straight forward way of applying this??

I have been trying to reauthorize my bank account for a couple of weeks now, I make it all the way through the process, into my online banking, select the account I want to authorize, and then the page says "something went wrong, it isn't common but can happen, try again later" no codes come with the message. Any advice on how to solve?
We have been using Natwest Clearspend for some time and reconnected several times, now following the same procedure as previously, it's not working and we have a message saying that there is a new method? Does anyone know, has something changed? Thanks, Iain
I have recently switched bank accounts from Nat West to HSBC. I connected my new HSBC bank account without problem but the connection continually drops off and I am asked to input a security number in via my card reader every time. I've tried to speak to QB and also to HSBC regarding this but both of them just say it's an issue with the other one and they can't help. Any ideas?
Bank account keeps coming up with this error after multiple connections to the bank / Bank connects ok but quickbooks then looses the connection . Any advice ?
Is it possible to make a deposit without having an invoice to apply it to? If so, how do I go about doing that?
