Clearing the app's accumulated cache or refreshing its data connection will immediately resolve this save error and let you get back to creating expenses. This behavior happens when temporary data glitches or a disrupted sync with your online account occur.

To get your expense tracking back on track, please follow the steps below.

For iOS:

1. Open Settings and tap General.
2. Select iPhone Storage.
3. Choose QuickBooks Online.
4. Tap Offload App to clear data without losing your documents.

For Android:

1. Tap the Menu icon (☰).
2. Select More Options (⋮).
3. Choose Settings.
4. Tap Refresh Data.
5. Select YES to confirm.

After completing these steps, restart your phone and check the app. If the error continues, uninstall and reinstall the app.

In the meantime, log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a mobile browser with the same username and password. This will allow you to manage your business while we work on the mobile app behavior.
