Change Orders in QBO

While QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) offers seamless change order management as part of its job costing system, QBO is designed to be more streamlined for small businesses and hasn’t implemented this advanced feature. The two platforms are built differently to support different types of workflows.

With that said, I recommend sharing your feedback with our Product Developer team, as they review suggestions to shape future updates and improvements.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestions.
3. Hit Next to submit.
