Does anyone know of a way to change the status of multiple projects at a time? I'm using QB online 2025.

It's a great idea to have the ability to change the status of multiple projects at once, and I can certainly see how it can save time. While QBO doesn't currently support bulk updates for project statuses, you can use filters to quickly view and manage specific groups of projects based on their status. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the My apps menu and select Projects.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Status dropdown option to filter projects by status.
3. Once filtered, you'll see only the projects within the selected status or time period for easier management.        

If managing projects is a frequent part of your workflow, I also recommend exploring third-party apps that can have the option to edit project statuses in bulk.
