Question

I need to change the primary admin on my account. It states that I must be signed in as the admin but when signing in , it states that there are no accounts.

Hello there, Id33. I’ll help you get this issue sorted so you can log in and make the updates to your account.

To get started, return to the login page and carefully re-enter your email address or User ID. Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces. If that doesn’t work, try any other email addresses you may have used when setting up the account.
 

If no account is found, you can use the Account recovery process to find out the correct login credentials. Here's how:

 

  1. Follow this link to complete the steps on our sign-in page
  2. Enter your phone number or email address on the sign-in help page.
  3. Select either Email a code or Enter a password.
  4. If you chose to receive a code, check your email for the message. Open your inbox in a new browser tab, while keeping the sign-in page open.
  5. If you selected Enter a password, input your password and follow the instructions provided to sign in or recover your account.
     

Once your account is verified, you’ll receive an email link to reset your password. After successfully logging in, you can proceed to change the primary admin for your account.
