Hi there, Aracely. Welcome to the Community.

I know how important it is to have your 2025 transactions show up, especially when you're preparing for taxes.

There are a few common reasons why those transactions might not be appearing. Here are the first places to check:

See if the transactions are already in QuickBooks

  • Categorize tab: Filter the date range to 2025 to see if they were already added.
  • Exclude tab: Sometimes transactions get excluded by mistake.
  • Bank register: Go to your Chart of Accounts, open your bank account, and look for entries with a small bank-feed icon.

If you still can't see your 2025 transactions and those transactions are within 90 days old, you can update your bank feed to pull them in.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. Select the appropriate bank.
  4. Click Update.

However, if those transactions are older than 90 days, you'll need to download them from your bank's website and manually upload them into QuickBooks.
