I am unable to pay the entire amount and want to record a partial payment
I set up a taxable company contribution to add the cost of bringing a spouse to a company event to the employee. I added too much to one of the employees and now I would like to reverse it. I tried inputting it as a negative number on a future pay check but QB will not allow it. Would anyone know how to reverse this?

How do I override the direct deposit cheque in payroll for a manual check
I have downloaded the new updates for payroll, but the employees' files are not showing the rate of CPP for the company or employee. It lists Company QPP YTD, Employee QPP YTD, Second Company QPP YTD, and Second Employee QPP YTD (all not active). Canada Pension Plan is checked off on the left and Alberta is chosen as the proper tax table. Should the CPP show on each employee's info?

I was having issues after converting a client over to QBO from QBD. Their account was less than 90 days old (less than 60 days actually). I purged the company but none of the payroll data was deleted. I want to start from scratch as payroll was the main source of my issues. How can I remove this data?
