Can I open up a closed project to add additional expenses?

It's nice to hear from you again. It's great to see that you're taking advantage of the project feature in your QuickBooks Online Plus account. It's a fantastic way to track all of your revenue and costs on each job. I can answer this question for you.

Re-opening a project is easily done. Follow these basic steps:

1. Go to Projects in the left navigation menu.
2. You can adjust the filters using the drop-down boxes to find the project you're looking for. In the righthand column under Actions, click the drop-down arrow and select Mark as in progress.

You can post all of the additional transactions, and when you finish, you can mark the project as complete.
