Making sure your QuickBooks works the way it was intended is one of focuses so you can always keep your company up to date. I'd be happy to help with getting your cheques to auto populate information again.
When things like this happen it's usually due to your browsers health which can cause QuickBooks to not work properly. In order to fix issues like this you'd first need to clear your cache and cookies and then open your QuickBooks account in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. Once that's done you should be able to see your QuickBooks auto populate your information again. If not try a different internet browser or computer to see if it continues there.
