Every time i enter a name on a check in online banking dashboard it changes the name on all the other check entries that have not been processed yet. how do i stop this?

Thanks for posting in the Community. I see how time-consuming it is to have to erase an auto-filled name in QuickBooks. Don't worry, you've come to the right place for help. It sounds like you have the auto-fill feature turned on. To turn this off, follow the steps below:

1.     Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then Account and Settings (or Company Settings).
2.     Select Advanced.
3.     In the Automation section, select the pencil icon.
4.     Uncheck the box to disable the auto-recall feature.
5.     Select Save at the bottom of the Automation box, then Done to record your changes.
