QuickBooks Online allows you to manage your business bookkeeping in a way that saves you tons of time and effort. I know how important it is to ensure you enter and pay your bills properly, based on your real-life banking information. If you've accidentally marked bills as paid and you need to reverse this, I'd be happy to explain how to delete the payment record.
Here's what you'll do:
1. Click the Expenses tab on the left navigation menu.
2. Find your bill in the expenses list, then click View/Edit.
3. Click the top right-hand side of the page where it says 1 paymentmade, then click on the date.
4. Select More at the bottom of the screen, then select Delete.
This will remove the payment towards the bill so that it remains open until you need to record your bill payment.
