It's vital for you to be able to view your expenses so that you can see how much you've spent for your company. QuickBooks Online is a great tool that can use the expenses and sales you've entered in the system in order to help you view your finances through multiple reports. I can provide some information about why you might not be able to see your expenses.
In order to view all your expenses, navigate to the Expenses tab, then the Expenses subsection. You'll be able to see all expenses created in your books. If you don't see them here, it may be that browsing data may be affecting your view in QuickBooks. You can follow these steps to resolve all issues caused by browsing data:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If you still can't see your expenses, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to view your account with you in a secure setting to see what's causing the expenses to be absent. You can reach out to them with one of these ways:
