I used to be able to go to a Pay Bills icon and review what we owed. Where has that icon gone?

I hope you've had a great week and that you're able to relax going into the weekend. With what you're describing, it sounds like you're looking for the create or plus-shaped icon that used to be in the upper right of your QuickBooks Online account when logged in through a browser or the QuickBooks Online app for Mac/Windows. By clicking that icon, you had access to a number of different transaction creations, including the Pay bills feature. I'll show you where to find it now.

You've probably noticed in addition to that icon no longer being where it was that QuickBooks Online has gotten a bit of a makeover. With this, the create icon was moved to the left menu and is now called +New. Clicking that button, which should be above the Dashboard option, you'll see the list of features you were used to before.

That should get you back on track! While you can pay bills from the individual bill transactions themselves, I know how useful it is to have the overview you're looking for.
