Is it possible to clear the payroll setup and start again in QBO? I said no to question for historical data thinking I could just enter all the previous cheques-wrong

It's important you're able to enter your prior payroll details so your books are updated. I'd be happy to share more information on this. 

The ability to enter prior payroll data in QBO is available if you haven't ran payroll. Our Payroll Team will be happy to give you a hand with this. They'll be able to check your account and help enter prior payroll details on your behalf.
