Can Square sync to Quickbooks Online Global?
I need help regarding the following issues on quickbooks - 1. Whenever I try to raise an issue through chat, the chat is not getting initiated. I don't get any response from the team for hours and the chat is not getting accounted for. Attaching screenshot for reference. 2. I have connected my shopify with quickbook and we charge shipping from customers. So, I want to know where the amount of shipping for each order is getting accounted for in quickbooks by default? Because we raise payment to the carrier against that shipping amount. Let me know, what can be done.
I had a trial version and unfortunately, we subscribed 50% off plan so it's created another company (same name). Now we want to export the cancelled company data to a new active company we exported the data but the import is not working correctly.
I'm creating Sales Receipts using Quickbooks API. I'm able to add CustomerMemo to the Sales Receipt which gets displayed in the "Message displayed on sales receipt" field. I want to add the internal Memo which will be displayed in the "Message displayed on statement" field on the sales receipt screen. What is the name of this data field? Furthermore, if I want to add more fields, where do I get the list of all available fields I can POST to the Create SalesReceipt API?

I have to change my system and move to quickbook online (or another alternative if needed). Hi - we are a Bermuda based company currently using an old version [2011] of QB for Mac. We want to upgrade and migrate to QB Online - but saw somewhere that "Note: You can only move QuickBooks Desktop for Mac files to the US version of QuickBooks Online." This would be practically useless - is there any kind of work-around which would let us migrate to an International Online account? Thanks in advance...!
Our woocommerce store has many free digital products and we get hundreds of sales from these per day. These are however just end up cluttering our quickbooks profile and have no impact on sales, since they are free. Is there any way to prevent these “free” orders from being imported to quickbooks?
I am trying to create a bill for import VAT and duty from Fedex on an import shipment. Import VAT is 354.98. My usual method to do this was I added it at 100% VAT and then did a minus transaction on the next line for -354.98 with a zero rate of Vat, so only the VAT would be captured. Now when I do this it's calculating the VAT at 177.49 for some reason? I cannot understand why it's suddenly havling the Vat amount and how to work around this? How do I get the correct amount of import VAT to show - is this a glitch???? Beyond frustrated at the moment.

We are sending QBooks Invoices using an API.In Qbooks we have different invoice templates defined for different areas of the business.When you send an invoice in QB from the application you can customise the invoice and send using a presaved template. We create the invoice using the APIWhen sending the invoice we would like to be able to define the template used when sending the invoice from the API. I am guessing its some parametre but I cannot see it in the documentation. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Any help on this is appreciated. RegardsSean
Hello, Something happened with my bank, Regions account connecting and sending transactions to QBO since 02-09-22. I am able to login with the Regions account with no problems and no visible warnings. I have given permission in Chrome to accept any Regions or Intuit Popups. It worked for 5 years with little problems. We had a short down time in 2021 when Regions started the two step authentication but was quickly resolved in a few days. Not sure what new changes went in, but our QBO quit connecting and pulling to bank on 2-09-22. I have manually uploaded my transactions from csv file, but I will need to know what is wrong so it can be corrected.
Error message showing every time i try to import a products and services file. (Something’s not quite right Unexpected server error. Please try again.)I have raised the issue with the help desk in Feb 2, 2022 and despite having escalated the case to supervisor/engineering/and backend and providing engineering with access to my account i got nowhere. if the issue is a server error then that has to do with QB servers as we are using QBOnline PLus. However, we are not getting the needed support.we are seriously considering to discontinue the product as it would not make sense to enter a huge inventory manually.I maintained that surely one of the 2Million + clients must have faced this problem and that a solution has been provided but i got no confirmation of either.i suggested that they replace our license with a new one to see if the import would work there as many clients are importing their data but was advised that it would not help (???)i am hoping that one of you out ther
