Is there another way to invite an accountant if that tab is not showing as an option under Manage Users?

I have tried opening a private browser, cleaning my history cache, refreshing, re-starting, upgrading my monthly plan, updating my company details and standing on one foot. Under Accounting Firms it still says that once my accountant accepts my invitation I'll be good to go...but I haven't invited an accountant yet.

Do not have an invite button to add an Accounting Firm. I have a Master Admin role and I do not have any firms at all. How do I Invite?

Subscription not working

Free trial worked perfectly. Paid for subscription - not working. Just tells me free trial ended and to buy a subscription. Paid again this month. Credit card payment etc confirmed. Same deal, just going round and round in circles. Can anyone please help?!! Thanks, Tom

I am getting this error "You have either selected a tax liability account on a transaction where it's not allowed, or haven't specified a tax rate along with it."

My situation:Not using quickbooks BAS lodgement function, but receive income incl gst and runs payroll so have BAS liabilities and PAY withholding tax.For one quarter I paid the amount from the bank (calculated by my accountant) now I am trying to record that from the bank feed to record against BAS Liabilities  and PAY withholding, tried choosing tax as W2 BAS or out of scope purchases. In the mobile tried recording as Cheque (or should it be expense)? Failing both the places
