I've spent the last day trying to figure out this problem. I use my US phone number for 2-layer encryption on my online accounts, but I live in Europe. I receive sms from all accounts, except Intuit. I found out that Intuit sends you a sms from a short 5 or 6-digit phone number. The carrier on my US number simcard will not accept sms or phone calls from short numbers due to fraud concerns. Are there any options to verify my phone number with Intuit? This is a major issue.

You can make this your default tax setting under Company Settings > Advanced."Sales was syncing fine before this but due to changes in QBO Admin, the integration to Storehub was disabled and enabled, and now this error appears. No adjustment was made to any settings in QBO, and unable to locate this tax setting in QBO.

We tried:1 - Checked Javascript and Cookies OK and did not fix2 - Cleared Cached OK and did not fix3 - Tried Incognito - OK and did not fix4 - Deleted user and re-created, click on new invite OK and did not fix5 - Used another computer to login but not fix
