I have been having issues connecting to RBC in the past few months due to RBC Error 187 which indicated that my answers to security was incorrect. I have requested support from QB since January but they have yet to resolve the error.  The error code is due to having enabled RBC's 2 step authentication, once you disable it, you should be able to log in and link RBC to QB with no problems.  Hope this helps.

I had Sync with Square integrated with QBO but now it says it is no longer supported. I can not find the app that it is saying to use. Anyone know how I now integrate the two?

third party app is putting all material lines from invoices into my reconciliation throwing the chequing account way off balance. still reconciles properly but there are multiple transactions that i can't get rid of.

I am using Autoentry with QB desktop 2019.  I work in a province with GST 5% and PST 6%.  Autoentry will pick up the taxes correctly as long as there is just one tax on an invoice, but it will not pick up the tax if both PST and GST are being charged using my "S" code (returns 0% instead of 11%).  AE tells me this is a fix that will need to be made in QB.  How do I fix this so that

I'm logging in with the same email address as I do online with my PC, but the Android app doesn't seem to be connecting to my account. There is no saved information using the app. I've tried connecting with someone using the help button, and it always ends up giving me a link to connect, and then I tap it and it asks me the same questions all over again, leading me to going in circles. I can't find a phone number to just speak with someone. This is really annoying as I have some work that needs to be done and I'm fooling around with this app just to pull up a client's phone number up, as phone numbers are not displayed on estimates.

Several months ago, I asked the QuickBooks customer support why there's no entry on the app for a single time item. I was told they were working on it. Without it, the app is useless to post time iem when I don't have my laptop with me.

For example, i have 3 trucks with different models. One drive 380km/ full tank. The second 470 and the last 400. When i do last minute orders i need to estimate the fuel consumption can the app calculate this?
