I need to reactivate my QB Desktop Premiere 2019. I have spoken to all chatting agents, none could help me out and they kept redirecting me to each other for hours, it was very unprofessional. It seems that there is no longer a support chat for the Global version of QB Desktop. Even in this community post itself, I can't specify QB Desktop as the product in question.I have my license number, I just need to get a verification number through an agent to reactivate the license. Is there any way to make this work out?

Good dayI have Quick books 2013 Simple start, i reinstalled to anew computer, i have my Licence number and product key but now it is asking for a validation code? 

The South African Revenue Services now requires certain donor information to appear on the 18A Donation certificates for tax payers to receive a tax deduction on their annual tax returns.We are having to insert people’s details as part of the address fields so that it can appear on their statements. This is problematic as when we need to export the info, SARS requires the info in their own format.Ther are so many small NPO’s in SA that need a system to work to offer these details.It would be great if QB could offer this as you will find a lot of NPO’s moving onto your system.Some NPO’s are recording info on Monday.com, Excel, Mail Merge documents, Xero.Anybody else find a solution

How do I edit an existing customer's details?

I had to install my version of Quickbooks Simple Start that I have been using since 2014 onto a new PC, no I can't register it, so I decided to get Quickbooks Online.  The problem I have now, is how do I get my company file imported to the online version, apparently only the US version can do it?

I'm currently using quickbooks pro 2016 with outlook 365 on a windows 11 machine I can email invoice but statements cannot be emailed, not sure why? I have used all the QB tools but nothing seems to help. A lot online about emailing that does not work in QB, but none when invoice works but statements do not. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

We're currently looking for a cloud accounting platform for our business. The issue we're encountering is that many platforms have limitations on the number of transactions. We currently do around the following per month: Around 3,000 bank transactionsAround 7,000 - 10,000 customer invoices (mostly all unique customers) We don't sell many types of items - only around 50 - and almost all invoices have 5 or less items on it. We also don't have many suppliers. It's just lots of customers, customer invoices and bank payments to recon each month. Will we be able to use the Quickbooks platform for our business? Are there hard limits?

hi so i had two companies in one country using the same country but different addresses now I have moved one of the companies to another country and I want to change that company address to match the country it is in, how do I do that without affecting my billing address and the other company address or country where its operating in ?

What is the best way to load supplier receipts paid by credit cards and credit card bank fees without connecting to your bank and then reconciling your credit card statement? Currently we are loading a bill then making a bill payment selecting the credit card account that the purchase was made on.How do you load bank fees from a credit card on QuickBooks and then do a reconciling of a credit card statement without connecting with your bank?

I would like to know if anyone else faced the challenge of not having the book review option in their QuickBooks Accountant. I recently got 2 clients who use QuickBooks. I then got them to send me an invite to be their accountant. I accepted the invite but when I wanted to review their accounts I was stuck because I do not have the book review option on my menu for both clients.Has anyone else encountered this problem, how can it be fixed? I have been in contact with customer support & the issue has not been fixed for the past week or so. I was told the engineers are working on it.  

The QB Online RSA version has a lot of features that are not supported in our country. We still want to use QB, but want an compatible inventory management software that includes barcode scanning.

I added new inventory products. I selected the wrong date under Initial quantity and saved it. I need to change the date but the option is not available in edit mode. I need to change it so that I can add the products on an invoice with the correct date.

the "Budget FY25 P&L" report does not add all the "Location" budgets together ... nor does it separate them with a "corporate total at the end ??
