After entering all the required information for T4A vendors, it still shows missing information?

As shown in the attached image, all the required information for the T4A vendors has been entered, but it still shows that some information is missing — yet it doesn't tell me which information is missing.

Let’s work together and find the root cause of this issue with the T4A for vendors in QuickBooks Online (QBO), JANECCC1.

 

One reason for this is an incomplete vendor profile. Any missing details will flag it as incomplete. 
 

On the other hand, there might be a temporary hiccup with QuickBooks Online syncing or refreshing data. Otherwise, this could be a browser-related problem. To determine, login to your QBO account using a private window. This mode allows you to use the most recent version of the webpage without storing data that might interfere with these issues.
 

Here are the shortcut keys for accessing incognito mode: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
     

If this resolves the issue, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete any temporarily stored files and browsing history. Over time, accumulated data can cause corruption; however, removing it should fix the problem. You may also want to use a supported, up-to-date browser to rule out any browser-related issues.
