Hello, could you please advise which software or integration would work best for transferring transactions from Stripe to QBO?

Every window takes at least 10 seconds to open - is there a reason Quickbooks is taking so long?

We have to upload hundreds of invoices at a time. Now when we upload qbo is defaulting to the new modern invoice instead of using the content we have set up in our invoices. The modern format is not showing the balance forward or credit on the accounts which is causing issues. We started using “batch transactions” for the upload and it has solved some of the issues however the balance/credit is our biggest headache. Has anyone found a work around? 

I am having an ongoing issue between QB and RBC that I cannot seem to get a resolution for - both sides are quick to point the finger at the other and I am left with no solutions. I have no problem connecting my RBC accounts in QB, but when my bookkeeper logs into the account and tries to pulls the transactions from their end in everything disconnects.  I have 2FA and personal verification questions turned on for RBC which I have been told are likely the culprits - when the Intuit server is sending the query to RBC (either from bookkeeper or daily updating) it is being flagged because it is unable to complete the 2FA correctly, as the notification gets sent to my cellphone. RBC says QB is aware of the issue but has not yet provided a solution. I think its absurd that I would need to turn off 2FA/PVQ and compromise my accounts in order to get this to work.  Any help would be appreciated! I am using Quickbooks Online Essentials

QBO's project profitability reporting has always felt pretty thin to me — decent for basic P&L but not great for real-time visibility into whether a specific job is actually making money while it's still in progress, especially once change orders or scope creep enter the picture.For those of you managing this (bookkeepers, controllers, owners) — are you supplementing QB with a spreadsheet, a separate job-costing tool, or something else? What's the actual workflow, and what's the most annoying part of keeping it accurate?Trying to understand how common this gap is and how people are patching it in practice.

I have a few nd files on my computer, i beleive from the quick books enterprise.  Everytime i did a back up it created a nd file.    I do not use multi user mode. Can these be deleted?

What app in quickbooks online will bring in transactions to quickbooks from a Square device now that the connect to square is no longer available?

Every time I log into quickbooks I am prompted with the product tour. I close it off, I next through the options, it always comes back up.  It's very  annoying to have to deal with this every time. I experience it on my macbook and my windows pc.  Is there anyway I can turn this off please?

Again, every time i try to log into the community to see replies to my questions, it brings me back  to the “home page” copy attached.  

@zackE  I can read part of your message in my email however when I come to co.munity to read it it brings me back to community home page    same with incognito  and other browsers   I've cleared cache  and tried again  same thing  

I have 2 clients that have been using the Square Connector for some time and they both got emails that the Square Connector woil not work after July 24th,  2026. Has anybody had any success using other apps for importing Square transactions? 

I’m having troubles with Recurring Transactions that are “Reminders”.  Not only do they not disappear from the list after creating them, I don’t not get Reminders that my reminders are due.  I’ve been working with Quick books support since April on this.  Please tell me I’m not the only one with issues.

I have been using QuickBooks for three years. When I used to upload my receipts, QuickBooks would scan and pull out all the data and would look for a bank transaction that matches and I would get green flag "transaction match". The scanning still works but matching doesn't. I used to tell people how great this feature was and how much faster it made entering my expenses.  Now, when I upload a receipt, it is scanned, and all the data is correctly identified by QuickBooks, but the matching does not happen. If I go to the receipt section and "review" the receipt and select the right account (credit card) the receipt is from, and add a sales tax (otherwise you can't save). Then hit save and next, then close that receipt. The receipt is then matched to the bank transaction. Why do I have to do these steps when I never had to do them before? Why has Intuit made QuickBooks worse than it was before? It drives me mad and I no longer recommend QuickBooks to anyone and am thinking of lo
