Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine what is causing the error when you create invoices or estimates in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, Raspate.

To begin with, may I ask what application you are referring to? Is it the QBO desktop app or the mobile app? Also, could you please share the specific error message you encountered when trying to create an invoice or estimate? Any additional information you can provide will help us offer a precise solution to your situation.

While waiting for your response, I recommend refreshing your mobile app's data to eliminate excessive components that can impact the performance.

For iPhone devices:

  1. Go to Settings, then click General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

Android devices:

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

However, if you referring to the QBO desktop app, you may follow the steps below to clear your QuickBooks app's cache:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

If the issue persists, please update the app to its latest version, whether you're using the QBO desktop app or the mobile app. You may also consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Alternatively, you can create your invoice or estimates by logging into your QBO account via a web browser.
