Here are some specific requirements:

 

  • Open the file on your computer first. If it opens quickly and the text is legible, the file is healthy. If it loads slowly or shows a "Format Error," QBO will reject it.
  • For PDFs, ensure all active form fields or digital signature boxes are "flattened." Saving the document as a Standard PDF helps avoid script errors during upload.
  • Ensure the filename does not contain symbols such as brackets, slashes, or extra periods .

 

If the submitted certificate doesn't appear after uploading, refresh your browser. This reloads the content from the server to show the most up-to-date version.

 

You can also try using a different browser or Incognito mode to bypass technical restrictions or website display issues.
