Can anyone facing issue with Quick Book access? Our users getting error pop up "Something went wrong. We are working on it"

It's essential that accessing QuickBooks Online timesheets can be accomplished without error.  

I suggest having your time tracking members clear cache on their browser, if they haven't done so already.  Additionally, I recommend they try another browser such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.

If the issue persists, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They will be able to review the situation in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if needed.
