Can I batch delete transactions

While QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't allow bulk deletion of downloaded transactions, it does provide the option to exclude or undo imported transactions either individually or in batches. However, once transactions are added to your records, bulk deletion is not supported due to auditing and record-keeping requirements.

Here are some reasons based on your situation:

• If bank transactions are still in the For Review tab, you can batch exclude them. Excluded transactions will move to the Excluded tab and won’t impact your books. If excluded by mistake, you can reverse this by marking them as reviewed in the Excluded tab.
