Hi victor-kotowich,

At QuickBooks, we know there are many ways that users might want to generate copies of the forms they're running in the program. When it comes to estimates, it's possible to create, send, and print them, just like invoices. I'll walk you through it.

Creating an estimate is as easy as selecting the +New button from the left menu, choosing Estimate, and then filling out the information for the transaction. Before closing out of the transaction, select Print or Preview from the bottom bar, then Print or Preview again to bring up the preview. You should be good to print from there by selecting the print option.

So you have it, here's our help article about managing estimates: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online

Feel free to let me know how it goes with selecting Print or Preview to print. I'll be around if you need an extra hand with it.
