Or export it to Word or Excel? I'd like to be able to examine it off-line.

Hi tsuresaccounting,

I can see the benefit of being able to export your Chart of Accounts so you can view them offline. QuickBooks provides maximum flexibility when it comes to managing your business. I'll be happy to show you how to export your account to Excel.

To print your Chart of Accounts, click on Accounting Chart of Accounts > locate the account in question > click on Account history > once the account history opens up, click on the export to Excel icon which is in between the Gear icon and the Print icon. From here, you can easily download your account history as an Excel file. You can also print a list of your accounts by clicking Accounting > Chart of Accounts > click on the Print icon on the top right side.

I encourage you to try this out and if you have questions, don't hesitate to get back to me in the comments. I've got your back.
