Can I reverse an upload of transactions as they went into the wrong account?

Welcome to the Community. It's essential to correctly upload your transactions to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a flexible program that simplifies the way you manage your books. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to upload your transactions.

If you have manually uploaded invoices or bills, you can delete them and upload them again.  Once you have deleted them, you can click on Gear icon > Select Import data > Select Invoices or Bills and follow the prompts.

If they are banking transactions, you can review this article to manually upload them.
