Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! In QuickBooks Online, you can save your file in three formats: Excel, PDF, or CSV. To download it as a PDF, follow these steps:
 
  1. Go to the Reports section and select Custom Reports.
  2. Locate the report you want to export.
  3. Click Export (located next to the Print option).
  4. Choose Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export as CSV.
  5. Select Export to PDF to download the report as a PDF file.
 
Alternatively, you can use the Print option to download the report as a PDF:
 
  1. Select Print.
  2. Click Save as PDF or choose the download icon.
  3. Pick a location to save the file on your computer and click Save.
