Can not download the XML T4 files as the program tells me there might be special caracters in employee profiles but there are none?

Welcome to Community!  When creating T4 slips in QuickBooks Online, we understand that things can happen.  It's essential that you're able download the XML file without complication. I would be glad to help!

To ensure your employee profiles do not include any special characters such as a (-) or other, I suggest reviewing all employee profiles, including those who have been made inactive.  Once the corrections have been made, you can Prepare and submit T4 slips and summary without error.
