Chart of accounts

QuickBooks Desktop helps you organize your business finances and stay on track with your bookkeeping tasks. I know how handy it is to be able to add to, edit, or delete accounts in the Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks. The process of deleting an account is simple, and can be completed in just a few steps. I'd be happy to explain how to do that. 

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Lists at the top menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Right-click the account that you want to delete.
3. Select Delete Account, then OK.
