Hello there, @lsrjm1995.

May I know if you received an error when attempting to save the bill? There are times that the systems needs you to fill in a specific field in order to close the screen (like sales tax or classes).

If none, this may be because of the piled up data on your browser. With that said, I recommend logging in to an incognito browser to have a clean slate. This does not store data and will help you browse websites smoothly.

If the same thing happens, I suggest using a supported browser.

Feel free to add a reply below if you have other concerns when creating bills. Stay safe.

The bill is saved successfully then the bill I just created reappears on the screen. Save and close and the bill reappears on the screen. Tried closing the screen by hitting the "x" in the top right hand corner of the bill. Nothing happens.
