Credit Memo

Hello Rachel,

A personal touch can be a great way to build your brand and make your business stand out. With QuickBooks Online, you can easily customize the Standard template which is used as default for many forms including Credit memos. To do so:

1. Select the gear icon
2. Select Custom Form Styles
3. Select Edit on the right of the Standard form line
4. Make the desired changes to the Design, Content, and Email
5. Select Done
