Deferring grant funding to the next fiscal year?

Hello, 

We received grant funding for the last fiscal year but did not use all of the funds.  The funder has agreed to let us defer the funds to the next fiscal year.  How do I Journal Entry the deferral?

I also use projects, so I will be allocating the funds to a specific project.
