Does anyone else have an issue with not being able to see the gear icon options on the bank feeds

Hi there, @qbo23. Let’s take a few steps together to troubleshoot and regain your access to the settings available under the Gear icon in the Bank Feeds section of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since you’ve already refreshed your browser, I recommend logging out of your account. Wait a few moments, then sign back in.

If the issue continues, we can open an incognito window to access the product with a clean slate. Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:     

• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
