Does anyone having trouble uploading the receipts? Mine not showing in up

I recommend contacting our Live Support Expert to assist you with your receipts not showing up, @gtomexconcrete. They can review this issue and provide you with the next steps. 

 

Here's how to connect with them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon.
  3. Scroll down to select the Contact Us button and follow the prompts.
  4. You'll be able to request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.

 

Customers with Easy Start, Essentials, and Plus can chat with a Support expert Mon-Fri, 8 AM–9 PM ET; Sat, 9 AM–6 PM ET, or set up an English or French callback. Advanced customers have those same options, along with the ability to schedule an appointment.
