It's a pleasure to see you in Community. Welcome! QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to complete your daily bookkeeping goals seamlessly. When a transaction has been excluded in error, you can easily bring it back in a few steps. I'd be happy to help!
Follow these steps to locate the transaction;
1. From the left menu, open Banking
2. Click on the Exclude tab
3. Place a checkmark next to the transaction and hit Undo
The transaction moves to the For Review tab. If you're unable to locate the transaction, go to your Settings ⚙ and select the Audit log. If the transaction has been deleted, you'll need to re-create it, as deleting an item cannot be undone.
