Finding document control number

I’m using the latest version of profile. Where do I find the document control number in profile

please provide step by step instructions

Hi Rebmaa, The Document control number (DCN) is populated on form T1EFILE , at the very bottom of the form, and on the T183 in Part D as well.

On the form T1EFILE, if you erase it, Profile will generate a new one automatically.
