Can I use quickbooks pro 2020 desktop to do fund accounting for my non-profit association?

Yes you can. But I would recommend QBD Premier instead. You may pick Non Profit when setup your company file to get the specific financial report and donor report. If you want to purchase an outright license, make sure to secure a free upgrade option to QBD 2021.
