I know mid-week is a big time for payroll for many business owners, and it looks like you're working on yours this morning to get prepped to pay your employees. I've got some troubleshooting you can try for resolving the issue you're running into with printing the paystubs from QuickBooks Online Payroll.
With more detail about what issue you're running into exactly, I'm confident we can get to the bottom of this. Not to worry, I have some more general steps you can try in the meantime to see if they help you get back on track. The steps I have are directed at troubleshooting Internet-based things such as cache, the Internet connection, and browser type. These are useful to ensure the cloud can work properly and you can complete your tasks in QuickBooks Online. Here are those steps.
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
Go through these one-by-one and try printing again after each. If you find that one of them solves the problem, you should be good to go without trying the rest. I recommend giving each of these a shot if the ones you try aren't solving the problem.
If you reach the end of those steps and are still having trouble, I invite you to contact the QuickBooks Online support team using one of the options below. This gives us the opportunity to collect all the details about what's going on and work with you one-on-one to take care of this.
