Has the chat option for QBO been removed?

You can still use the chat option to connect with our Live Support team in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gifty.

However, please keep in mind that chat support is only available during their specific support hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
