Hi there, Mahdis.

In QuickBooks Online, the Bill feature is indeed available in the Advanced version. But since you've been prompted to update, let's take a moment to double-check if you're currently using the correct version.

Before we proceed, could you confirm whether you saw a pop-up message indicating what needs to be updated when you were directed to the update page?

To confirm your QuickBooks version, click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner, then select Subscriptions and Billing under Profile section. Here, you'll find details about your current plan.

If you have multiple companies, follow these steps to switch:

1. In the upper right corner, click on the Gear icon.

2. Under Profile, select Switch Company.

3. From the list, choose the company you want to switch to.
